چکیده
Abstract Background Long non-coding RNA is considered to be essential modulate the development and progression of human malignant cancers. And long can act as crucial modulators by sponging corresponding microRNA in tumorigenesis. We aimed elucidate function ACTA2-AS1 its molecular mechanism colon adenocarcinoma. Materials methods The expression ACTA2-AS1, miR-4428 BCL2L11 adenocarcinoma tissues were detected via qRT-PCR. SW480 HT29 cells transfected with shRNA OE miRNA mimics miR-4428, inhibitor, si- over-expression . Cell proliferation, colony formation apoptosis respectively assessed using CCK-8 assay, assay flow cytometry. Luciferase reporter was performed verify targets miR-4428. Tumor subcutaneous xenograft mode constructed explore tumor growth vivo. Results obviously downregulated cell lines. Silence or promoted inhibited proliferation abilities, regulated apoptosis. silence resulted decrease Bax increase Bal2, while restored group when compared control cells. In addition, luciferase revealed that interacted suppressed expression. could bind 3? untranslated region modulated negatively. Knockdown reversed biological mediated knockdown alone. Conclusion Our data demonstrated suppress regulate

LncRNA‐DANCR contributes to lung adenocarcinoma progression by sponging miR‐496 to modulate mTOR expression
Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have emerged as new and important regulators of pathological processes including tumour development. In this study, we demonstrated that differentiation antagonizing non-protein coding RNA (DANCR) was up-regulated in lung adenocarcinoma (ADC) and that the knockdown of DANCR inhibited tumour cell proliferation, migration and invasion and restored cell apoptosis res...
متن کاملLncRNA RNCR3 promotes Chop expression by sponging miR-185-5p during MDSC differentiation
Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) play a critical role in regulating immune responses in cancer and other pathological conditions. Mechanism(s) regulating MDSC differentiation and function is not completely clear, especially epigenetic regulation. In this study, we found that MDSCs express retinal non-coding RNA3 (RNCR3), and the expression in MDSCs is upregulated by inflammatory and tum...
متن کاملLncRNA HOTAIR controls the expression of Rab22a by sponging miR-373 in ovarian cancer
Increasing evidence suggests that the long non-coding RNA, HOX transcript antisense intergenic RNA (HOTAIR) is widely involved in the progression and metastasis of cancer. However, the specific role of HOTAIR in ovarian carcinogenesis remains to be fully elucidated. In the present study, the levels of HOTAIR were detected in 30 paired cancer and noncancer tissues using reverse transcription-qua...
متن کاملCircular RNA hsa_circ_000984 promotes colon cancer growth and metastasis by sponging miR-106b
Circular RNAs (circRNAs) as a novel type of noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs) are widely studied in the development of human various diseases, including cancer. Here, we found circular RNA hsa_circ_000984 encoded by the CDK6 gene was remarkably upregulated in the tissues of colorectal cancer (CRC) patients and in the CRC cell lines. Moreover, high expression level of hsa_circ_000984 was significantly ass...
متن کاملLncRNA ZNF503-AS1 promotes RPE differentiation by downregulating ZNF503 expression
Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have important roles in various biological processes. Our previous work has revealed that dedifferentiation of retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cells contributes to the pathology of age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Herein, we show roles of lncRNAs in RPE differentiation. We used microarray to identify lncRNA expression profiles in human induced pluripotent s...
